About James Andrew Wilson

BiographyJames Andrew Wilson is completing a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Warwick, researching ‘social authorship’ through analysis and practice. He has written articles published in Performance Research, Contemporary Theatre Review and other publications. Previously, he obtained an MFA in playwriting from San Francisco State University, and he attended the Jacques Lecoq Theatre School in Paris, where he trained in physical theatre, devising and playwriting. Outside of education, James has written, collaborated on, acted in and directed plays in Europe and North America.
